(1) Prevent people from being electrified. During loading and unloading operations, the human body will inevitably come into contact with the work object (fuel truck) and the work object, which will cause friction. This will easily generate static electricity and may form static discharge. If flammable and explosive oil vapor is encountered at this time, an explosion accident will occur. Operators must wear anti-static work clothes and anti-static shoes during the operation. The purpose is to ground the human body. In addition, the shoes worn should be thin nylon socks or other conductive socks. It is strictly forbidden to stick insulating film on the soles of anti-static shoes, and regular inspections should be carried out. (2) Static grounding cannot be ignored. From the perspective of fuel trucks, the main areas where static electricity is generated are pumps, filters and pipes. The amount of static electricity generated by the fuel truck filling system is much higher than that of the ground pipeline. For static electricity hazards, the following measures must be taken: ① Connect the ground wire before filling the oil, and frequently check its integrity and whether the grounding resistance meets the anti-static standards. ② When filling oil, the crane pipe must be extended to the bottom of the oil tank, and the pipe mouth should be kept about 15cm away from the bottom of the tank. The initial filling speed should be strictly controlled within 1m/s until the oil outlet is immersed, and then the flow rate should be gradually increased. However, the maximum flow rate should not exceed 4.5m/s to prevent electrostatic accidents caused by splashing. ③ After the oil filling is completed, the grounding must be disconnected after the oil is stabilized for 5 minutes. Because after the oil is filled, the oil surface potential will remain for several minutes due to the flow of oil in the tank. ④ Do not relax your vigilance because of good grounding. Electrostatic grounding can only conduct away static electricity on "conductors" (metal, human body, conductive liquid, etc.) that are closely connected to it, but it is powerless to conduct away static electricity on isolated conductors and non-conductors (oil, rubber, resin, glass, etc.) that are not connected to it, or it is difficult to conduct away static electricity in a short time. Therefore, when the operator is doing electrostatic grounding, he should also strictly follow the operating procedures and pay attention to potential hazards that may occur at any time. At the same time, he should master the emergency methods and rescue measures for correctly handling various emergencies. (3) Accidents caused by "conversion oil filling" should also be taken seriously. This type of accident mainly occurs when a tank that has been used to store gasoline is used to store diesel. The flash point of gasoline is lower than that of diesel. If diesel is poured into a tank containing gasoline vapor, the gasoline vapor will be absorbed by the poured diesel and the pressure will be reduced. Then air will be sucked into the tank, and a flammable mixture will be formed somewhere between the liquid surface and the air suction point. When static electricity is accumulated and discharged, an explosion accident will occur. Therefore, when it is necessary to "switch oil", the gasoline in the tank must be cleaned first, and the operation must be carried out strictly in accordance with the operating procedures. (4) Use equipment that meets technical specifications and safety requirements. The automatic control, remote control, metering instruments, valves and other equipment of the oil distribution platform must be regularly inspected and calibrated, and relevant management systems must be formulated. In particular, the material of the oil distribution equipment must not be underestimated. At the same time, the static grounding device must not be compromised. It must be strictly in accordance with the specifications, carefully installed, and regularly inspected. For the commonly used clamps and magnetic connectors for grounding, they should not be clamped or adsorbed on any part of the tanker, or even on the painted surface. This is extremely detrimental to anti-static and is a major hidden danger. Many users buy cars for the sake of a cheap price, but they don't realize that you get what you pay for. Poor quality equipment can easily cause accidents, and this is especially true for dangerous goods vehicles such as tankers.

Results of the incident involving mixed oil in a tanker truck: Many people were arrested. Food safety should always be prioritized.
(5) Strict safety regulations must be followed when transporting edible oil to ensure food safety. Strict classification should be implemented during transportation, and edible oil should not be mixed with chemical liquids. Moreover, when transporting oil, the tanker must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid residual contaminants that affect the quality of the edible oil. In addition, oil product manufacturers and transportation companies should strengthen supervision to ensure that the tanks are clean and meet standards to eliminate any safety hazards.
