Frame body
The main beams are made of Q690D high-strength alloy steel, while the side beams and cross beams are constructed with T700 high-strength plates. The bottom plate is covered with Q355B wear-resistant patterned steel plates. The key load-bearing beam plates are thickened for enhanced resistance to heavy pressure and twisting. The structural design has undergone multiple reinforcements: the box-shaped main beam supports the mid-section's telescopic extension. The inner side of the side beams is equipped with thickened clamps and diagonal reinforcing ribs, further strengthening the frame's load-bearing capacity. The rear end is equipped with a detachable ladder for easy access to the vehicle, allowing the construction machinery to ascend and descend the trailer independently.
The entire frame is uniformly treated with sandblasting for rust removal and primer application, followed by the application of polyurethane anti-corrosion topcoat. This design is suitable for the humid and rainy climate in Southeast Asia, which can slow down the rusting process of the steel. When running in heavy loads on mining areas or rough roads, the frame is less likely to deform or crack.
Suspension and Braking System
Equipped with a 4-axle heavy-duty axle and a widened and thickened mechanical suspension, the braking system adopts the industry-standard dual-line braking structure. It is accompanied by conventional brake valves, brake air chambers, and Fuhua parking legs. Mature and widely-used components from the Southeast Asian market are selected to meet the needs of daily heavy-duty braking and parking. The later maintenance and replacement of parts are also convenient.


Stable bottom plate
The tires and the traction system use common market components. The entire vehicle is equipped with 16 triangular engineering tires paired with thickened rims. They are suitable for complex road conditions such as sand and dirt roads. The traction part is equipped with JOST standard 90# traction pins and 14-16mm thickened traction plates, which are suitable for the vast majority of traction truck heads in use in Southeast Asia.
The trailer weighs approximately 23 tons and has a rated effective load capacity of 120 tons. The development of the entire vehicle focuses on the use of high-strength steel for the frame, relying on solid materials to enhance the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and service life, and meeting the actual needs of heavy-load transportation of engineering equipment in Southeast Asia.
