Overall structure

With a rated load capacity of approximately 50 to 60 tons and a self-weight controlled at around 11 tons, it enhances the unit transportation efficiency, reduces the load on the tractor, lowers fuel consumption, and strikes a balance between economy and practicality. The load-bearing panel is made of 5mm thick checkered steel plate, which is anti-slip and wear-resistant. Combined with the main beam made of "high-strength Q355 steel", it has been verified through load tests that it can stably handle the long-term transportation of 50-60 tons of heavy objects without the risk of deformation or fracture.

Shaft assembly system

Equipped with 4 Zhengyang 13-ton axles, each axle has a rated load capacity of 13 tons, and the total axle group can carry a load capacity of 52 tons, slightly higher than the rated load capacity of the trailer, forming "load redundancy" to ensure transportation safety. The axle is equipped with precision tapered roller bearings, which have undergone heat treatment to strengthen the journal, making it wear-resistant and impact-resistant. It is compatible with 275/70R22.5 steel wire tires, featuring a wide tread and strong grip. It can maintain stable driving on various road conditions such as paved roads and gravel roads, reducing the impact of bumps on the cargo.

Traction connection system

It adopts 90# standard traction pins, made of 40Cr alloy steel, and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment. It has high tensile strength and can be adapted to most 50-ton class tractors on the market (such as those of brands like Jiefang, Dongfeng, and Sinotruk). The connection gap is small, and there is no movement during starting and braking, avoiding loosening or damage to the traction parts.

Support system

It is equipped with 2 Fuhua 28-ton single-action outriggers. The rated load capacity of each outrigger is 28 tons, and the total load capacity of the double outriggers reaches 56 tons, far exceeding the self-weight of the trailer. When loading and unloading goods, it can stably support the vehicle body and prevent the frame from sinking. The single-action design supports individual adjustment of the outrigger height, which can adapt to uneven ground without the need for additional pads, significantly improving the efficiency of loading and unloading operations. Moreover, the outriggers are hydraulically driven, making operation easy and equipped with a self-locking function to prevent accidental retraction.

Design highlights

Frame and load-bearing structure

The main beam is processed by CNC cutting and blanking and robot automatic welding, with full weld seams and no false welds. It can be used in conjunction with a hydraulic rope tensioner to fix the goods and prevent them from sliding during transportation. The minimum height of the countertop is 1.0 to 1.2 meters, which is suitable for loading and unloading by forklifts, cranes and other equipment, reducing the height of goods lifting and lowering the risk of loading and unloading.

Suspension and braking system

It is equipped with a multi-leaf leaf spring suspension (10 leaf springs per axle), featuring a stable elastic coefficient and excellent shock absorption effect, capable of buffering the impact of road bumps on goods. The braking system adopts dual-pipeline pneumatic braking, combined with an ABS anti-lock braking device. The braking response time is ≤0.8 seconds. When braking in an emergency, the wheels will not lock up, preventing the trailer from skidding or fishtailing. The brake drum is made of gray cast iron, which has fast heat dissipation and no overheating failure problem during continuous braking.

Protective and anti-rust design

Detachable guardrails (300mm in height) are installed on both sides of the vehicle body, and LED warning lights and reflective strips (in compliance with the national GB7258 standard) are installed at the rear, ensuring strong visibility at night or in bad weather (rain, fog). The key parts such as the frame and axle are sprayed with epoxy zinc-rich primer and acrylic topcoat, with a thickness of 80μm. The salt spray corrosion resistance is ≥500 hours, which extends the outdoor service life of the equipment.
