In the design of the loading and traveling system, a five-axis layout scheme is adopted, which enables the scientific distribution of axle loads: the first two axles are equipped with air suspensions, while the last three axles are fitted with mechanical suspensions. Combined with 13-ton axle and 315/80R22.5 (12R22.5) heavy-duty tires, it not only meets the requirements of heavy-load transportation but also can adapt to different road conditions such as mining area access roads and expressways, ensuring driving stability. The suspension system supports customizations of leaf springs or air suspensions, and the braking system is equipped with dual-pipe pneumatic brakes + ABS. Some models can be upgraded to EBS electronic braking systems, which further enhance driving control safety under complex conditions such as heavy-load downhill and slippery roads.

In terms of safety protection, the system adopts a dual safety tank structure design, combined with a butterfly-shaped head, an inner and outer double-layer reinforced structure, and a flexible suspension connection method. After dynamic fatigue testing, it can meet the durability requirements for long-term and high-frequency use. At the same time, the tank is equipped with an air-operated safety valve and an anti-static device. The explosion-proof structure has been specially optimized to fully comply with the transportation standards for flammable and explosive materials, and meets the safety access standards for multiple industries such as chemical and mining.
