4-axle 50-ton side-unloading semi-trailer

It adopts a 4-axle linkage load-bearing structure with a scientifically proportioned wheelbase. The rated load capacity of the entire vehicle can reach 60 to 80 tons (specifically according to the announced standards), which is suitable for the towing requirements of heavy-duty tractors. The frame is welded with Q355B steel and processed by CNC and high-quality baking varnish, making it less prone to deformation during long-term heavy-load transportation. ​

Equipped with high-quality imported or domestic hydraulic systems (optional brands), operators can complete unloading within a safe distance. The operation can be accomplished by a single person, significantly improving efficiency compared to traditional manual unloading and greatly reducing labor costs and operation time. ​

The braking system is standard-equipped with ABS + drum brakes, featuring fast response, short braking distance under heavy load, and compatibility with complex road conditions. The stabilizing device includes anti-rollover support legs on both sides, a hydraulic locking mechanism (automatic frame locking during unloading to prevent rollover), and a rear anti-collision buffer device, enhancing driving safety. In terms of details, the carriages are welded with wear-resistant steel plates (to prevent material adhesion), making them suitable for harsh environments. ​

The size of the carriage can be customized according to customer requirements. Anti-slip floor plates, sealing covers (for dust prevention) and other accessories can be added. It is compatible with the transportation of various materials such as coal, sand and gravel, cement, and crops.
