Side Tipper Trailer

The entire vehicle is equipped with a T700 high-strength steel main beam, with a main beam height of 500mm, upper and lower flanges 12mm thick, and side plates 8mm thick. It is also paired with a 4.0mm flat-welded base plate, providing full resistance to impact and deformation. The 4-wheel layout is combined with 13-ton axle (axle tube 11mm thick), evenly distributing the load to each axle, thereby reducing the single-point load on the frame and minimizing the wear and tear of tires and suspension.
The vehicle's dry weight is approximately 9.7 tons, maximizing the loading space within the compliance range and resulting in more considerable transportation benefits per trip. Additionally, the combination of 1 air suspension axle and 3 8mm thick mechanical suspension axles further buffers road bumps, allowing the vehicle to maintain stability even in complex conditions, resulting in a lower failure rate during long-term use and lower maintenance costs.

Equipped with 130#6 + 1 side-discharge cylinder, the cylinder is designed to be centered. Combined with the vertical hydraulic oil tank and high-flow hydraulic components, the right side has a fast side-reversal discharge speed, eliminating the need for manual shovel cleaning at the bottom.
At the same time, it is equipped with a hydraulic door on the right side and a tail pusher. It is also equipped with a chain-type electric tarpaulin (formed by bending 4mm C-shaped steel, with a tarpaulin pole height of 480mm and high-quality tarpaulin). During loading, the tarpaulin can be opened and closed with one button. During unloading, the hydraulic door + side-reversal linkage is used. The vehicle's turnover efficiency is maximized.

The braking system adopts a dual-circuit braking system combined with the sophisticated ABS anti-lock system, along with a brake booster. It offers quick braking response, no skidding, and can stabilize the vehicle even when driving at high speeds or on mountain roads.
The front guard has been reinforced, the pillars have been raised and reinforced with square tubes, and the doors are suspended using hinges. The high-strength plates are made into corrugated shapes, providing stronger impact resistance. It is less prone to damage or deformation when driving on construction sites or transporting sand and gravel.

The side beams are made of high-strength steel and formed by bending; the auxiliary beams adopt a structure of square tubes combined with square tubes, which will make them more stable.
The columns are made of square tubes, and the two sides are welded with guide angle plates for reinforcement, and the middle part uses iron chains for horizontal pulling, which has stronger resistance to twisting.
The entire chassis has undergone sandblasting anti-rust treatment, and is further treated with paint + wax, which is resistant to corrosion and aging, and is less likely to rust even when running on construction sites or muddy roads.
The matching (optional) tires + 9.0# steel rims, JOST 50# traction pins, thickened traction plates, and a homemade thickened full-sealing toolbox and spare tire rack have all been considered in the details, taking into account the practicality of long-term use.
