The height of the traction seat is 1300mm. Most common vehicle heads can fit perfectly, and no additional modifications are required. The first axle can also be raised and lowered, making it convenient for crossing ditches and accessing the loading/unloading platform. The toolbox has been shortened by 150mm, not exceeding the width limit. The traction pin and legs are from reliable brands. The voltage, lights, and sockets have been made according to export standards, eliminating the need for rework and adjustments.

The suspension is equipped with 1-axis air suspension + 3-axis thickened mechanical suspension. Even when driving on muddy and difficult roads, it can ride smoothly with minimal bumps, and the vehicle body remains stable. There is no swaying during a rollover. The braking system uses a dual-loop system + KISS ABS. It has 8 Hankook brake chambers. It can brake firmly without veering off course. It is reliable even in rainy weather and on downhill sections. The chassis has been treated with sandblasting for rust prevention + baked paint spray. It is not prone to rust even in humid environments. The key components are all thickened, so they deteriorate slowly. There is no need to go to the repair shop every day for maintenance.

A special design for right-side overturning (customizable for left-side as well), equipped with 130#6+1 hydraulic cylinders, with a centered design for quick unloading, also featuring a hydraulic door and a tail pusher. The materials are unloaded cleanly, eliminating the need for people to climb up to clean the bottom. The box panels are made of 2.0mm thick corrugated material, with a waterproof edge at the bottom. Even in rainy weather, the materials won't leak or spill. We also strengthened the chain-type electric tarpaulin. The loading cover cloth doesn't require climbing up and down; it can be handled by a single person, saving labor costs and allowing for more trips.

The main beam is directly made of T700 high-strength steel. The main beam is 500mm high. The upper and lower flanges, vertical plates, and bottom plate are all welded solid with thick materials. The side beams and auxiliary beams are also reinforced with square tubes. It is very sturdy. The custom 4-axis 13-ton axle is equipped with thick axle tubes, and with a weight of only 9.7 tons for the casing, it achieves lightweight and does not exceed the weight limit. It can carry more than other vehicles and complies with regulations without exceeding the limit. It can handle heavy loads without worrying about the frame being unable to bear the load. It is stable when running on construction sites and transporting sand and gravel.
