Core configuration upgrade

It adopts a 3-axle heavy-load design, paired with a 16-ton reinforced axle of the Fuwa/BPW brand. The first axle supports lifting function, ensuring more even axle load distribution. The maximum allowable total mass can reach 50 tons, easily meeting the transportation demands of high-density goods and avoiding structural deformation under heavy loads. The main pin for traction can be selected in 90#/50# specifications, which are suitable for different tractors and have a firm and reliable connection. ​

 

Frame structure optimization

The frame is welded with Q345B/T700 high-strength alloy steel. The main beam has a box section structure, with a web thickness of 14-16mm, featuring excellent bending and torsional resistance. Through finite element analysis and optimization, it ensures a load-bearing capacity of 50 tons while achieving a lightweight design for the entire vehicle, reducing fuel consumption and transportation costs. ​

 

Load-bearing detail guarantee

The floor of the carriage is made of 8-10mm thick patterned steel plate, which is anti-slip and wear-resistant. The side plates are made of 6-8mm high-strength steel plates and reinforced with multiple reinforcing ribs, effectively preventing the goods from being deformed due to compression. Equipped with a 28-ton optional brand landing gear, it offers stable support, facilitating the independent parking and maintenance of trailers, and is suitable for long-term heavy-load transportation conditions.

Rear-flipping unloading design: It adopts a hydraulic-driven rear-flipping structure, with an unloading Angle of 45-50°. The material is unloaded thoroughly without residue, avoiding the cumbersome manual cleaning process and significantly improving unloading efficiency. The single unloading time is only 3-5 minutes. Safety unloading assistance: It is equipped with multiple safety protections such as hydraulic locks, anti-drop devices, and limit switches. During the unloading process, the frame and the cargo box are automatically locked to prevent accidental falls. It is also equipped with manual emergency devices to deal with sudden malfunctions and ensure operation safety.
