Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel is used for the main frame body and cross beams, meeting the standards. It contains micro-alloying elements such as niobium, vanadium, and titanium, and has excellent welding properties, strong impact resistance, and is easy to undergo cold bending and cutting processing. It is suitable for complex-structured frames and is less likely to deform or crack when subjected to heavy loads for a long time. T700 ultra-high-strength steel is used for the main beams and key load-bearing areas. Under the same load-bearing requirements, it can save fuel consumption and improve the actual cargo capacity, and also has good fatigue resistance. After special heat treatment, even when frequently subjected to heavy loads, the lifespan of the trailer can be extended. The combination of these two steel types ensures the overall stability and torsional resistance of the frame for Q355B, while T700 strengthens the core load-bearing area of the main beam, achieving both strength and lightweight. Even with a rated load of 70 tons, it still has stronger durability under long-term use.
Trailer configuration
The FUWA axle is made of an integrated alloy steel frame and undergoes special heat treatment, which enhances the braking performance.
