BULL TRAILER Custom Flatbed Semi Trailers from Liangshan, China to Laem Chabang, Thailand
This order includes 3 units of flatbed semi trailers. The new customer was referred by an existing client, and this is a repeat purchase order. Built with upgraded T700 high-strength steel, these trailers feature lightweight design and high wear resistance. The model is specially customized and optimized to adapt to local road conditions in Thailand, suitable for container handling and short-distance transportation at terminals.
As a professional trailer manufacturer base in China, BULL TRAILER provides direct factory supply and custom solutions complying with regulations and road conditions across Southeast Asia. This shipment marks another milestone for our brand in the Southeast Asia logistics equipment market. With trust built from repeat clients and referrals, we will keep improving product quality and provide reliable semi-trailers and full export services for customers in Thailand and the whole Southeast Asia region.
Compared with conventional Q355 steel, T700 has a yield strength of ≥700MPa. Under the same load capacity requirement, the main beam, cross beams and side beams can adopt thinner plates, realizing lightweight design. It reduces the tare weight of the trailer, increases payload capacity and cuts fuel consumption for customers.
The main longitudinal beam is integrally bent from T700 high-strength steel. Reinforced plates are added at high-stress areas such as gooseneck and variable cross-section parts. Closely spaced T700 bent cross beams together with triangular bracing improve vibration resistance and fatigue performance, coping with bumpy and unpaved roads in Thailand.
Wear resistance and anti-corrosion are upgraded accordingly. The deck uses wear-resistant checkered plate. The whole trailer goes through sandblasting, primer and topcoat painting to resist rust under Thailand's high temperature, high humidity and coastal salt spray environment. Container twist lock positions and lashing points are locally reinforced to prevent deformation during frequent container loading & unloading.
Welding parameters are specially tuned for T700. Low-hydrogen welding consumables are used to control heat input and avoid brittleness at weld joints, ensuring reliability under long-term heavy loads. The integrated solution balances lightweight, structural strength, wear resistance and tropical anti-corrosion performance for container haulage and terminal operations in Thailand.
