2 units 70-ton low-platform semi-trailers were dispatched to Malaysia, achieving the third batch of batch delivery
Recently, two 4-axle 70-ton low-platform semi-trailers completed production quality inspection and were officially dispatched for delivery to a local senior engineering infrastructure service provider in Malaysia. This is the third batch of purchase order from this customer, and together with the previous two batches, a total of 8 vehicles of the same type have been delivered. The cumulative delivery volume between both parties has reached 10 units. The vehicles will mainly be used for the transportation of heavy equipment at ports and the long-distance transportation of construction materials.
In response to the climate characteristics of Malaysia, which have high temperatures and humidity and strong coastal salt fog corrosion, as well as the complex operation scenarios in construction sites and ports, the vehicles in this batch have been made with targeted local adaptation. The entire vehicle adopts a spray sanding for rust removal followed by full-body paint process, combined with a spray wax protective layer, significantly enhancing the vehicle's anti-corrosion and weather resistance, suitable for outdoor long-term operation environments; at the same time, through structural optimization, a lightweight design has been achieved, fully meeting the local road traffic standards, ensuring the rated effective load capacity of 70 tons under compliance conditions.
In terms of core configurations, the main beam of the vehicle uses Q690D high-strength steel, with a height of 500mm, providing overall bearing stiffness and torsional performance that can meet the requirements of heavy-load transportation; the suspension adopts a combination scheme of "3-axle heavy machinery suspension in the front + the last axle air suspension that can be raised and lowered", which not only meets the anti-impact requirements of non-paved roads in construction sites but also can flexibly adjust the vehicle height during the loading and unloading of heavy equipment. The vehicle is also equipped with Fu Hua axle bridge and Kemi ABS braking system to ensure the driving safety of long-distance heavy-load transportation.
This order adopts the CIF trade term, covering all services such as maritime transportation, insurance, and customs clearance, ensuring the efficient delivery of the vehicles to the port. The customer stated that the 8 low-platform semi-trailers in the previous two batches operated stably in local infrastructure projects, with the reliability of heavy-load transportation and environmental adaptability fully meeting the operational requirements, which is the core reason for continuous repeat purchases.
The successful dispatch of this third batch order further solidified the reputation in the Malaysian infrastructure transportation equipment market. In the future, we will continue to deeply explore the Southeast Asian market, and based on the different working conditions and regulatory requirements of different countries, launch more locally adapted semi-trailers products and full-chain services.
