Technical Features
The dual-pipe air intake system and drum-type loading device achieve a discharge rate of 1.4 tons/minute, maintaining a horizontal conveying distance of 5 meters at a vertical discharge height of 15 meters. The fluidized bed structure controls the discharge residual ash rate to less than 0.2%, reducing residual ash by 30% compared to traditional models. The hydraulic lift mechanism, combined with a dust removal device, allows the tank to tilt up to 42°. The load-bearing structure lowers the vehicle's center of gravity by 30%, and the air suspension system enhances driving stability.
Safety Regulations
Vehicles transporting hazardous materials must be equipped with disc brakes and air suspension. Air suspension is mandatory on the rear axle for vehicles manufactured after 2020. The tank must be engraved with the vehicle identification number and design code (e.g., LGBF). The nameplate must indicate parameters such as volume and design pressure. The emergency shut-off valve automatically locks when the vehicle speed exceeds 5 km/h. A "Factory Inspection Certificate" is required for vehicle registration, and the tank must be painted with the date of the next inspection in font size no smaller than 100mm x 100mm.
