Install it on a metal part of the chassis. After a period of use, if the lower end wears out, lower the rubber band slightly.
Users with the necessary conditions can install a static grounding alarm for fuel tankers.
It is strictly forbidden to refuel a fuel tanker under high-voltage power lines.
The hanging fire method should not be used frequently. Sometimes, car spark plugs can form carbon deposits. When carbon deposits are severe in a cylinder, that cylinder cannot function properly. To restore proper operation, the "hanging fire" method is used outside the cylinder (leaving a 3-4 mm gap between the spark plug and the high-voltage wire). This increases the energy required for spark plug electrode flashover and allows the cylinder to resume operation. However, the standard "hanging fire" method can easily fall off if not handled with care. If gasoline drips onto the cylinder, it is extremely likely to cause a fire. Therefore, it is only a temporary fix. The correct solution is to clean and maintain the spark plugs promptly and avoid using the "hanging fire" method as much as possible.
Preparing a fuel tanker before use
1. Drive a conductive rod into the ground to "ground" it. If the grounding area is dry, moisten it with water to ensure a good grounding. Check the ground chain and ensure it is in contact with the ground.
2. Open the fuel truck's control panel door and check all valve handles to ensure they are closed (vertical position).
3. When using the oil pump for the first time, there is no oil in the pump. Pre-fill it with oil. You can add 10 liters of oil through the oil inlet.
4. Check the lubricating oil level in the transmission to the bottom edge of the oil level plug hole. If insufficient, add gear oil.
5. Check the transmission control lever and ensure it is in neutral. Check the position of the power take-off box control handle and ensure it is horizontal and to the right. Check the throttle control and ensure it is at minimum.
