Dump trailers use a hydraulic system to propel the cargo compartment for autonomous unloading, primarily through side-to-side and rear-end dumping. The compartment utilizes a manganese plate welding process and features a non-independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension system. This allows for the dumping of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, and coal in 30 seconds to 2 minutes, with a lower residual load rate than traditional models. New regulations, implemented in 2025, will limit the weight of four-axle vehicles to 36 tons and six-axle vehicles to 49 tons, promoting lightweight vehicle designs and rear-end dumping models with tarpaulins. Major brands in the market include CIMC Huajun, Minxing Automobile, and Xinjinjun, offering models ranging in length from 9.5 meters to 13 meters to accommodate short-distance transport and infrastructure construction applications.

Structural Design
The compartment utilizes a high-strength manganese plate welding process and a non-independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension system. Side-tip models are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder lifting system and a tilting attachment. They are available in left-tip, right-tip, and integrated left-right designs depending on the unloading direction. Rear-tip models use a piston rod to drive the rearward tilt of the vehicle compartment. Typical configurations include an adjustable hydraulic control power unit and Hyva cylinders, reducing energy consumption by 15% compared to traditional systems.

Unloading Efficiency

Intelligent dump trucks can complete unloading in 40-50 seconds. By optimizing the compartment slope, materials slide quickly under gravity. Tracked semi-trailers utilize hydraulic automatic tilting and shaking technology, reducing unloading cycles to 1-2 minutes when handling high-viscosity materials, with near-zero residue. For example, Shandong Huajin Special Purpose Vehicles' rear-tip dump trucks can achieve zero residue in a single operation.
