This 6 axle extendable flat trailer is designed specifically for moving oversized wind power components, both for long-haul highway transport and on-site relocation at wind farms. It is a practical choice for turbine manufacturers, wind farm developers and heavy haul operators that need to move non-dismantlable extra-long blades and heavy tower sections.

The trailer uses a three-stage telescopic main beam and full turntable hydraulic steering. When fully extended, the support span reaches over 63 meters, which works for 191# series wind blades of 85 meters and under. It is built to handle varied road conditions while keeping loads stable during transit.

Telescopic main beam

Base dimensions of the trailer are 24000×3000×1700mm. The three-stage sliding beam can stretch the support span to over 63 meters, covering most long-format wind blade models currently on the market. For empty return trips, the beam retracts to shorten overall vehicle length, which saves fuel and makes oversized load approval simpler.

Standard main girder material: Q345B high-strength steel

Optional upgrade: T700 high-tensile steel, brings tare weight down to around 35 tonnes

Full turntable steering system

All six axles are fitted with turntable steering, powered by an 18hp diesel hydraulic station. This design gives the trailer a tighter turning radius, so it can pass through mountain hairpin turns, narrow country roads and tunnels more safely. It lowers the chance of over-length blades hitting guardrails, roadside vegetation or overhead lines.

First axle uses liftable air suspension for load adjustment

Rear 5 axles use mechanical suspension with 90mm multi-leaf springs, to absorb shock on rough roads

Reinforced frame and stable braking

The main girder is made of Q345B steel, which performs well under torsion and compression loads. The trailer is fitted with one set of 28-ton Fuhua landing gear plus hydraulic outriggers, which provide multi-point support and reduce tipping risk during loading and unloading.

Drum brakes paired with Kangjian brake valves maintain steady braking on long downhill sections

Standard parts for easy maintenance

The trailer runs on 24 tires, available in 12R22.5 or 315/80R22.5 sizes. Axles, brake parts and hydraulic components all use widely available standard specifications, so routine maintenance is straightforward for customers in different regions.

1,Long-haul blade transport: Adjustable support brackets hold blades firmly in place during transport from factories to assembly yards or remote mountain wind farms, reducing vibration and collision damage.

2,Tower section delivery: The heavy-duty chassis carries segmented turbine towers. It can deliver sections directly to construction sites, or to ports for offshore wind projects, and helps protect tower surfaces from scratches and deformation.

3,On-site component movement: Used for short-distance transfer and positioning of blades, tower sections and nacelles. A remote steering option is available for better coordination with cranes on uneven job sites.

The standard 6-axle model is our most popular configuration. We also offer custom builds to match different blade sizes, local road regulations and working conditions. We can adjust axle count (5-axle, 8-axle, 3-line 6-axle and more), upgrade materials, and add auxiliary features as needed.
