Adopting high-quality materials and scientific structural design, the main beam is made of Q355B high-strength steel with specifications of 500/14/8/14, which features excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance. It can effectively distribute the weight of the goods and ensure structural stability during transportation. The side beams are made of 14# channel steel, while the through beams are equipped with 6 10# channel steel longitudinal beams. The multi-beam collaborative load-bearing further enhances the overall load-bearing capacity of the frame, ensuring stable operation under a rated load of 25 tons and being suitable for heavy-load transportation scenarios in complex road conditions.

The walking and braking system is solidly configured. The axles can be selected from BPW or SAF~12T*2 axles, Fuwa~16T*2 axles and FUDA~16T*2 axles. It can be equipped with 8 tires of 11R22.5/425/65R22.5 specifications and 9.0#* 8/17.5 #*8 rims (optional). The wide tire contact area, in combination with high-quality axles, not only reduces the jolting sensation during driving but also enhances the vehicle's passability and wear resistance on various road surfaces. The suspension adopts an 8mm thick mechanical suspension, combined with 4 90*16*10 leaf springs, which has a good shock absorption effect and load-bearing buffering capacity, reducing the vibration damage of goods during transportation. In terms of braking, it is equipped with the Shunfeng intelligent large valve and Hankway air chamber, and is paired with the Comi 44-4M specification ABS system. The braking response is rapid and stable, which can effectively shorten the braking distance and enhance driving safety.

The traction pin is available in two options: 50# and 90#, which are suitable for different types of tractors and ensure a firm and reliable connection. The base plate is made of 3.0mm thick checkered plate and features an edge-laying design, which not only enhances the anti-slip performance of the base plate but also improves the stability when loading goods. Meanwhile, the checkered plate material is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, thus extending its service life. The fence part adopts a 40*60mm square tube frame, and the thickness of the door core railing reaches 1.5mm. The structure is solid and can effectively protect the goods from falling. The vehicle is equipped with a toolbox on each side and a guardrail, which is convenient for storing tools and sundries. 24 rope tensioners and 24 hooks are evenly distributed, facilitating the quick fixation of goods and improving loading efficiency. In addition, it is equipped with one spare tire rack and Fuwa 28-ton heavy-duty outriggers. The outriggers have strong load-bearing capacity, making it convenient for the vehicle to park and load/unload goods. The spare tire rack provides emergency support for long-distance transportation. The high-quality baked paint coating not only makes the vehicle's appearance more textured but also effectively resists wind and rain erosion, extending the vehicle's service life.
